I founded The Morris Realty Team in 2006 with the guiding principle that to be successful, one must do good, both for one's clients and for the larger community. After 17 years of helping people sell and buy homes, I'm convinced of one thing: real estate is not about houses, it's all about people. Whether my client is someone who has bought and sold multiple homes or a first-time home buyer, they become part of The Morris Realty Team family. I have helped some clients sell one home and buy another three or four times. My happiest days are those in which I get to watch a seller close the deal and move on to a new life or hand the keys to a new owner. While my practice includes both seller and buyer representation across the entire gamut of residential real estate from luxury homes and new construction to public auctions, I primarily work to help owners sell their current homes.

I also take pride in being a real estate investment professional. In that role, my goal is to never let an investor client sign a bad deal.

While I was out of state, he was able to find tenants quickly and handled all of the financials so I received the tenants rent on time every month. The property was listed on a Friday, by Sunday we had three offers, had a signed contract Sunday night and a closing date 10 days later. Working with Dwight exceeded any of my expectations with regard to the timeframe and process of what it took to sell a home. His professionalism, expertise and knowledge tremendously helped me save money and sell my condo.
