Single Family Homes: The building of Linton Crest began in 2005 and currently more than 160 single family homes have been built. When the build-out of the community, which extends into neighboring Gainesville, is finished that number should reach 270. The homes are located on lots ranging from one-quarter to one-half acre. The living area of the homes ranges from roughly 2,000 to 6,000 square feet. There is an HOA in Linton Crest which enforces architectural guidelines and pays for trash removal. There were two home sales in 2009 for an average of $400,000 and three in 2010 averaging $390,117.

Innisbrooke is a small section of approximately 100 single family homes which was sectioned off from Linton Crest due to wetland issues between the developer and the county. Development of this sub-division began in 2006. The homes sit on lots starting at .17 acres and reach up to .40 acres. Living area of the homes range from 2,000 to 4,000 finished square feet. The vast majority of the homes have 4 bedrooms while a handful are either 3 or 5 bedrooms. Five properties sold in 2009 with prices ranging from $316,200 to $500,000 and two sold in 2010 with a high of $415,000.
